CAVU Consulting, LLC was formally established in December 1997 in the State of California.  The firm provides management consulting services in the areas of project management, strategic and tactical planning, financial management, and operations improvement.

CAVU Consulting, LLC has provided consulting services to clients in the financial services, high tech, Internet, manufacturing and healthcare industries.  Its services have also been utilized by non-profits and government.  The company's clientele includes large corporate clients such as Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, Visa International, eBay, and Wells Fargo Bank, as well as smaller companies and start-up, or entrepreneurial, companies. 

Using proven project management processes, CAVU Consulting, LLC has been able to successfully meet the clients’ desired results within the allotted timeframes and at, or below, the projected budget.
